Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.

  • Masa harina and salt should be combined in a mixing bowl.
  • Knead in the warm water until a dough forms.
  • To make a thin, round tortilla, divide the dough into small balls and press each one between two pieces of parchment paper.
  • Cut the tortillas into triangles or other desired shapes with a pizza cutter.
  • Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet.
