- Remove any excess fat before adding taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and diced jalapenos go on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, in a preheated oven.
- Meanwhile, combine mashed avocado, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- To make the guacamole, combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- To make the salsa, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
- Serve the nachos alongside the guacamole and salsa.
