Jalapeno Nachos with Cheddar Cheese Recipe

These spicy and cheesy jalapeno nachos are perfect for parties or game day. The jalapeno peppers add a spicy kick that is offset by the creamy sour cream. They are simple to make and are sure to please.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• 3-4 jalapeno peppers, sliced
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 bag tortilla chips

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 15 minutes
• Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• On a baking sheet, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer.
• Sprinkle the tortilla chips with the shredded cheddar cheese.
• On top of the cheese, arrange the sliced jalapeno peppers.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
• Remove from oven and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
• Drizzle the sour cream over the nachos.
• Serve and have fun.
