Homemade Baked Corn Tortilla Chips Recipe

These easy homemade baked corn tortilla chips are a healthier alternative to store-bought chips. They go great with salsa, guacamole, or your favorite dip.

  • Cook Time: 12 minutes
  • Total Time: 22 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Stack the tortillas and cut each one into 8 wedges.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine tortilla wedges.
  • Toss the tortilla wedges in the bowl with the olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  • Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the chips for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
