Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Place the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Cook until the steak is browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes after adding the jalapenos.
  • Serve the steak mixture on top of the tortilla chips.
  • Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Mash avocado with lime juice and salt in a small bowl.
  • Mash avocado, sour cream, and diced red onion go on top of the nachos.
  • Garnish with cilantro if desired.
  • Serve right away.
