Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Brush each tortilla with vegetable oil and season with salt on both sides.
  • Each tortilla should be cut into eight wedges.
  • Arrange the tortilla wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake the tortilla chips for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned.
  • Return the hot tortilla chips to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the shredded cheddar cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve right away with salsa on the side.
